1. INFORMATION FOR USERS

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Pilar Nicolás (Orígens Immobiliària) is the CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs the USER that these data will be processed in accordance with Law 29/2021 of 28 October (LQPD) and its implementing regulations.

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended processing activities are:

  • Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other existing or future electronic or physical means that allow commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conducting market research and statistical analyses.
  • Processing orders and requests, responding to enquiries or any other requests submitted by the USER through any of the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Sending the online newsletter about news, offers and promotions relating to our activities.

On what grounds may we process your personal data?

Because processing is authorised under Article 6 of the LQPD as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
  • On the basis of the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analyses, etc., and processing orders, applications, etc., at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or for as long as legal provisions require their retention. Once they are no longer needed, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure their anonymisation or complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except, where necessary for the development and fulfilment of the purposes of processing, to our communications-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required under applicable privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right to access, rectify, transfer and erase their data, and to restrict or object to their processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.apda.ad) if they consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or included in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally acknowledge that their data are necessary for the service provider to handle their request and that providing data in the remaining fields is therefore voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs USERS that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If all data are not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services offered will fully meet their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the LQPD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, particularly the principles set out in Article 5 of the LQPD, under which data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the LQPD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
